The 3-way R2-Series Professional speaker setup, featuring woofers, mids, and tweeters, utilises the OEM A-pillar tweeter housing, complemented by a premium chrome badge and tweeter ring. The woofers and mids are perfectly integrated within their factory speaker locations, ensuring a clean and professional installation.
Paired with an OPTIM8 or PXE-X800 DSP-Amplifier (optional), this system delivers exceptional precision and user customisation options. This speaker and amplifier kit showcases Alpine’s dedication to engineering excellence, elevating the audio experience for GR Yaris enthusiasts.

Glass-Fiber Reinforced Cone
The R2-Series mids & woofers feature an all-new glass-fiber reinforced cone. This material is very stiff and extremely light-weight, resulting in a super-fast response and highly accurate music reproduction.
HAMR Surround
Alpine’s HAMR Surround (High-Amplitude Multi-Roll) allows for a maximum cone excursion, while maintaining excellent control. This results in strong bass at high volumes without distortion.
Composite Basket and Large Magnets
The standard models (R2-S69C, R2-S65, R2-S69C and R2-S69) feature composite baskets (in comparison to the Aluminium die-cast baskets of the PRO models) – which makes them more affordable. They fit larger magnets than in previous generations (while maintaining the same mounting depth).
Premium Design Tweeter Housing
The bold, OEM like design of the tweeter housing directly integrates with the OEM pillar which elevates the interior aesthetic and optimises the tweeter axis for superior sound quality. Premium audio never looked so good.
Smart Amplification.
Designed for audiophiles and music enthusiasts alike, OPTIM™8 allows you to tune your system manually or automatically with it’s own dedicated software. Using your iPhone’s microphone or KTX-CSP1 (sold separately) microphone kit with a PC or android device, it analyses your cabin acoustics to optimise sound quality, delivering the best audio configuration for your vehicle.
Hi-Res Audio Certified
The Alpine OPTIM™8 Amplifier is Hi-Res Audio Certified and able to reproduce frequencies from 10Hz to 45kHz. This ultra-wide bandwidth helps elevate your music to a whole new level of clarity and nuance to achieve a level of detail far closer to that of the original studio recording.
Custom Mounting Bracket
Be sure that your amplifier is secured in place with the inclusion of our Alpine branded powder coated solid-steel mounting brackets which can also retain the OEM amplifier protection cover.

Tune your entire sound system in under five minutes with the innovative auto-tuning capabilities of the Alpine OPTIM™8. Using the PC application and a mic kit (sold separately) or the OPTIM™8 IOS application and built-in microphone on an iPhone® 10 or newer, measure, correct, and tune your system to your desired listening preference through fast and easy guided tuning instructions.
Guided Self-Tuning
