Reproducing the vast dynamics of digital sound sources with meticulous certainty is no easy feat. Alpine’s latest release of the DP2-Series employs a range of updates to achieve just that. A newly redesigned motor structure allows for maximum low end output, while the all-new Tetoron soft dome tweeters enforce a highly detailed and smooth top end.

Coasting into the mids and lows, the updated motor mechanics encourage clear, refined bass on the low end, enabling you to hear every detail expressed in the full, original depth. This enhancement ensures that every note and nuance is reproduced with incredible precision.

Now boasting a Hi-Res Audio certification and equipped with a frequency response exceeding 40kHz, you can expect to hear your favorite tracks as if you were in the studio at the time of recording. Alpine’s next generation DP2-Series truly encapsulates flawless engineering, masterful design cues, and of course, superb performance.

Woven carbon

The woven carbon fibre hybrid woofer diaphragm provides rigidity and is extremely lightweight, this ensures accurate cone velocity and limits distortion to achieve a natural midrange response, as well as enhanced bass extension.

Exclusive H.A.M.R Surround

Featuring the exclusive High Amplitude Multi-Roll (H.A.M.R) surround provides a greater maximum and linear cone excursion for high SPL. The H.A.M.R surround maintains full control over the cone at any excursion stage for powerful bass and pure sound.

Hi-Res Audio Certified

The Tetoron® soft dome tweeter diaphragm is extremely light weight and reveals the most delicate nuances of the music providing a highly-detailed, yet smooth high-end frequency response beyond 40khz.

Re-Developed Motor Structure

For optimised sound performance the motor structure has been re-designed to accomodate improved operation and overall increased volume – whilst maintaining accuracy, acoustic quality and high efficiency.

High Quality Crossover Networks

The DP2 Series crossover network is equipped with high-quality parts including air-core inductors and Alpine specification poly-capacitors to reduce electrical tolerances. This ensures a perfectly clean signal with seamless transition of high to low frequencies.

Woofer Grilles (Sold Separately)

The optional DP-65G woofer grilles (pair) are the perfect accessory when building a show level system. The open honeycomb grille design matches the tweeter grille providing a cohesive cosmetic upgrade to your DP-Series system.
